我親愛的小姑娘
THERE is a sweet maiden asleep by the sea,

Her lips are as red as a cherry ;

火與冰
some say the world will end in fire,

from what i've tasted of desire,

則知世之歸于火為我所愿。
but if it had to perish twice,

i think i know enough of hate

to know that for destruction ice

The Ant and The Cricket
螞蟻和蟋蟀
A silly young cricket, accustomed to sing
一個(gè)愚蠢的小蟋蟀,習(xí)慣了唱歌
Through the warm, sunny months of gay summer and spring,
在溫暖的陽光里,陽光明媚的夏天和春天,
Began to complain, when he found that at home

His cupboard was empty and winter was come.
