Nowadays weight-losing has become popular among young and middle-aged women. In order to make themselves pretty-looking, they try many different ways of losing weight. Some go on a diet, some take exercise, some eat medicine ,others even turn to operation for help. As a result,a lot of products have come into being, such as special medicines, tea and equipment. They are used in different ways and work differently, but some have side effects.

In my opinion, it's understandable that women seek beauty, but they should do it in a proper way. Taking exercise is the way that I most favor. But the other methods are likely to do harm to people's health more or less.

Hello guys, nice to here to share my short-term goal with you.

You know that almost every boy is in want of a robust body with sturdy muscles, of course I am one of them. In order for this, I will do 7500 push-ups in the next 3 months.

For me, as a boy, doing push-ups is an effective method to build muscle, which not only contributes to my blood circulation, but also conduces to the refreshment of my mind. Especially at present, in winter, indoors sports are increasingly accepted by people. So it is wise to take this method into consideration to build muscle and refresh my brain.

Now you see how relevant it is to me, and I will show you how measurable it is. I will do 50 push-ups every night, including weekends. To tell the truth, I am not the kind of guy who is of perseverance. But I will try my best to carry out my plan. If I forget it someday, I will catch up the next day. In this way, 150 days later, 7500 push-ups will be finished. That is to say, I will accomplish my plan in 3 months. According to this, my goal is an achievable one, right?

Well, I won’t doubt who will know the answer better than you girls. Yes, absolutely it’s keeping slim!

Every day there seems to be a new diet or weight loss regime introduced. Some of them work and others don't. Here are some bizarre weight loss tricks that have actually been known to show positive results!

  Pop Your Multivitamins Daily

A study that focused on a set of 96 obese women, who took a calcium supplement, multivitamin or placebo for 26 weeks, revealed that the group that took the vitamin had significantly less body fat. This shows that we tend to eat more when our body craves for certain nutrients. Popping your multivitamin daily will help give your body what it needs. While it isn't enough to rely solely on popping a vitamin to lose weight, it may reduce the quantity of food you consume to feel full.

Choose the Right Spot at the Table

It is hard to resist al the yummy stuff at the dinner table when you dine out. Try and select a seat at the end of the table because the center seats are where stuff like starters, sharing plates, bread or chi wind up.

One Cornell University study set up an ice cream buffet for grad students and nutrition professors, who were given 17 or 34 ounce bowls and two or three ounce scoops. Those people who had oversized bowls served themselves about 31% more. In addition to that, those people who had both big bowls and big scoops, served themselves 57% more than those with the small versions.

57%。 Sleep In A Colder Room
