一、指導(dǎo)思想
認(rèn)真抓好中小學(xué)英語知識(shí)的銜接是搞好初一英語教學(xué)工作的重要一步。在本學(xué)期的英語教學(xué)中,堅(jiān)持以下面的教學(xué)理念為指導(dǎo):
第一,切實(shí)地了解學(xué)生的真實(shí)水平,注意銜接,盡快使學(xué)生適應(yīng)英語教學(xué);
第二,教學(xué)要面向全體學(xué)生,關(guān)注學(xué)生的情感,激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣;
第三,以學(xué)生為主體,尊重個(gè)體差異,因材施教;
第四,在新課標(biāo)的指導(dǎo)下,倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生體驗(yàn)參與學(xué)習(xí),完成設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo);

二、學(xué)生情況分析
本屆學(xué)生在英語基礎(chǔ)方面很薄弱,由于在以前學(xué)習(xí)英語的過程中,沒有很詳細(xì)全面地學(xué)習(xí)音標(biāo),基本的音標(biāo)和字母拼讀都沒有掌握好。在詞匯,語法規(guī)則等方面存在很多缺漏。所以,在聽、說、讀、寫這四項(xiàng)技能上,學(xué)生水平存在很大差異。
另外,學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)策略和情感態(tài)度方面也存在諸多需要進(jìn)一步解決的問題。例如:許多學(xué)生不能明確學(xué)習(xí)英語的目的,學(xué)習(xí)缺乏主動(dòng)性、自覺性;大多數(shù)同學(xué)沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,不能做好課前預(yù)習(xí)和課后復(fù)習(xí)工作,學(xué)習(xí)沒有計(jì)劃性和策略性,也不注意知識(shí)的積累和鞏固。

三、教材分析
教材特點(diǎn)與重難點(diǎn):以話題為引導(dǎo)呈現(xiàn)整個(gè)單元的內(nèi)容,詞匯量非常大,單元間的梯度較大,是否能適應(yīng)并完成詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)是學(xué)習(xí)的重點(diǎn)。
四、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1、總體目標(biāo):激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,樹立自信心。
2、具體目標(biāo):使大多數(shù)學(xué)生能夠掌握英語拼讀,學(xué)生掌握拼讀規(guī)則后,學(xué)習(xí)英語詞匯自然會(huì)變得輕松愉快,記憶單詞的效率隨著學(xué)習(xí)的深入將會(huì)有質(zhì)的飛躍。此外,在整個(gè)教學(xué)過程中,放慢進(jìn)度,循序而進(jìn),對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)困難較大的學(xué)生要增加別輔導(dǎo)時(shí)間,強(qiáng)化輔導(dǎo),使他們逐步適應(yīng)初一牛津英語學(xué)習(xí)的需要。
五、教學(xué)措施
1、認(rèn)真貫徹晨讀制度:規(guī)定晨讀內(nèi)容,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督,保證晨讀效果。
2、認(rèn)真分析吃透新教材,結(jié)合學(xué)生的具體情況,對(duì)教材適當(dāng)進(jìn)行整合。作為擔(dān)任初一英語的任課教師,一定要了解學(xué)生哪些知識(shí)在小學(xué)已經(jīng)學(xué)過,哪些屬于新知識(shí),明確小學(xué)英語和初一英語相同、相異處,制定好教學(xué)計(jì)劃,從詞匯、語法和語言功能上找準(zhǔn)銜接點(diǎn),以便在教學(xué)中做到詳略難易,有所側(cè)重。
3、認(rèn)真分析學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀,從學(xué)生的實(shí)際出發(fā)組織教學(xué),教材起點(diǎn)高,作為使用教材組織教學(xué)的教師在分析現(xiàn)有生源較差的前提下,教學(xué)起點(diǎn)要低。在學(xué)習(xí)7A版之前,學(xué)生雖以預(yù)備級(jí)作為銜接教材,但教師在教的過程中不能只考慮進(jìn)度,要重視教學(xué)質(zhì)量。詞匯知識(shí)要在鞏固好小學(xué)基本詞匯的基礎(chǔ)上不斷擴(kuò)大詞匯量,語法知識(shí)的銜接則要通過反復(fù)呈現(xiàn)、歸納、逐步提高難度。
