其實(shí)這個(gè)問題的核心內(nèi)容是，以下三種方式，哪一種是最好的能夠維持健康的方式，它雖然要求你說是最好的，也就是說你要講出你所選的這種方式能夠帶來的好處是其它兩類不能帶來的。清楚這一點(diǎn)后，需要緊扣中心，給出理由，如果隨隨便便找出一兩個(gè)來，首先自己這一關(guān)就過不去，很難再后續(xù)中表現(xiàn)出流利的口語表達(dá)來。
其實(shí)清楚了這道題的思路后，大家會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)getting enough sleep是比較好說的，因?yàn)槿绻麤]有g(shù)ood sleep, 很難去進(jìn)行鍛煉或者擁有良好的飲食習(xí)慣。選擇了sleep后，我們就開始羅列理由了。第一，Enough sleep can bring enough vitality or energy we need for a day. 第二，Enoughsleep can reduce percentage of heart disease or high blood pressure. 羅列兩點(diǎn)就可以了，然后針對其中一點(diǎn)舉例，進(jìn)行充分說明。譬如第一條理由，可以舉例自己曾經(jīng)熬夜奮斗考試，結(jié)果考試時(shí)候睡著了，得不償失等等。

在口語里面犯這類錯(cuò)誤的同學(xué)不占少數(shù)，甚至很多考過很多次的處于瓶頸期的老考生們也會(huì)在作答中犯這樣的錯(cuò)誤。其實(shí)大家把自己說的話整理成文字形式也就不難發(fā)現(xiàn)這里面的指代不明的問題。兩個(gè)句子里面的it用的都是不正確的。第一句應(yīng)該是‘Ican make friends’而第二句應(yīng)該是‘thepizza is delicious’.所以在這里建議無論是基礎(chǔ)一般的同學(xué)還是處在瓶頸期的同學(xué)，在練獨(dú)立口語前先把你要說的話打出來，這樣方便你及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的問題并改正。
