  1、交流方式要注意。在國(guó)外幾乎所有的會(huì)談都是英語(yǔ),如果語(yǔ)言上有障疑,可隨團(tuán)帶備或在當(dāng)?shù)仄刚?qǐng)一位翻譯。此外,在多數(shù)會(huì)談中,開(kāi)場(chǎng)白都非常簡(jiǎn)短,交流也都很快進(jìn)入正題;切忌在會(huì)議中斜靠在椅子上,或把手放在頭后面,或二、三人竊竊私語(yǔ),或閉目小睡,或無(wú)精打采等,這些都是對(duì)交談雙方的不尊重并會(huì)引致反感。

  2、見(jiàn)面進(jìn)要有禮有節(jié)。一般在做自我介紹時(shí)要先講自己的身份,然后請(qǐng)教對(duì)方。此外,國(guó)際上往往在互相介紹時(shí)有互相交換名片的習(xí)慣。

  3、參加商務(wù)活動(dòng)要守時(shí),因?yàn)槌鱿虅?wù)活動(dòng)抵達(dá)時(shí)間的遲早在一定程度上反映了對(duì)訪問(wèn)國(guó)主人的尊重程度。

  4、參加宴請(qǐng)活動(dòng)要有禮節(jié)。出席宴會(huì)應(yīng)正點(diǎn)或提前二、三分鐘抵達(dá),告辭時(shí)要等主賓退席后才能退席。確實(shí)有事需提早退席,應(yīng)向訪問(wèn)國(guó)主人道歉后悄悄離去。

  5、選擇適當(dāng)之稱呼方式。在國(guó)際交流中,一般在招呼上均稱先生、女士和小姐。但要注意在招呼地位高的官方人士時(shí),要選用“閣下”或稱呼其“職銜”方式。

  6、帶備適當(dāng)之禮品。在國(guó)外,大多數(shù)商業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)有鼓勵(lì)或禁止送禮,有時(shí)贈(zèng)送禮品會(huì)使訪問(wèn)國(guó)主人處于一種在道德上進(jìn)退兩難的境地。但適當(dāng)之友誼禮品,如國(guó)產(chǎn)的一些很有特色且花銷不大的紀(jì)念品或帶有公司標(biāo)志的意義和獨(dú)到的作用。

  7、穿著服飾要合適。參加商務(wù)活動(dòng)或宴請(qǐng),正統(tǒng)的西服和領(lǐng)帶是必要的,對(duì)女士來(lái)說(shuō)一般也應(yīng)著禮服或西服。
