  1. Establish and implement annual objectives for the Human Resources Department.

  Human Resources Office

  Lead the Human Resources Team Members to orient non-managerial Team Members

  Assist Corp HR Department in ensuring distribution and implementation of all HR initiatives by all departments and sections

  Employment

  Handle functions related to employment such as recruitment, preliminary screening, hiring, placement and orientation

  Supervise Team Members assigned to perform these functions

  Ensure compliance by Team Members, other departments and sections with policies, procedures, rules and regulations

  Conduct reference checks on applicants

  Wage and Salary Administration

  Conduct HR-related surveys as needed

  Follow up on Performance Appraisals with HODs

  Administer process and paperwork for salary changes

  Team Member Relations

  Ensure that annual Team Member relations programmes are handled successfully within approved Human Resources budget and in accordance with established timetable. Such programmes may include sports, recreational, social and other activities.

  Follow Group Standard in distribution and/or publication of information affecting Employer-Team Member relations, Team Member activities and programmes

  Ensure that approved benefit programmes are understood by the Team Members

  1、 依照國(guó)家勞動(dòng)法等政策和法規(guī),參與制定公司人力資源管理規(guī)劃、中長(zhǎng)期的激勵(lì)、薪酬福利體系、績(jī)效考評(píng)機(jī)制提出策略化及建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)及行政管理。

  2、 結(jié)合公司年度發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方向,梳理組織與流程,人員定崗定編,組織完善任職資格體系,組織員工手冊(cè)的修訂。

  3、 結(jié)合公司年度經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃,負(fù)責(zé)公司起草年度工作規(guī)劃、年度人力成本需求預(yù)算,年度預(yù)算費(fèi)用過(guò)程的控制與監(jiān)督,改善策略。

  4、 負(fù)責(zé)人事組織架構(gòu),人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè);完善內(nèi)部選人,育人,留人機(jī)制;并提供有效建議。

  5、 負(fù)責(zé)建立員工培訓(xùn)制度及培訓(xùn)講師制度,開(kāi)展員工培訓(xùn)需求分析,課件的審核,制訂《公司年度員工培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃》。學(xué)習(xí)的平臺(tái)資源引薦,實(shí)行逐月分解落地,并實(shí)施員工培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估。

  6、 建立完善年度績(jī)效考核機(jī)制與薪酬政策制定,確定各部門(mén)年度績(jī)效框架和指標(biāo)庫(kù),制訂各部門(mén)及各崗位的KPI考核指標(biāo),搭建公司、部門(mén)、個(gè)人績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系??己诉^(guò)程監(jiān)督、檢討與完善。

  7、 負(fù)責(zé)公司文化建設(shè)與正能量宣導(dǎo)工作,通過(guò)各種形式向員工宣導(dǎo)公司愿景、使命、核心價(jià)值觀,增強(qiáng)公司凝聚力,組織參與公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè),組織開(kāi)展健康、積極的文娛活動(dòng)。如年會(huì)、技能競(jìng)賽、生日會(huì)、新員工座談會(huì)、季/年度評(píng)優(yōu)、企業(yè)文化公眾號(hào)建設(shè)推廣等。

  8、 主導(dǎo)公司信息化發(fā)展建設(shè)提供的后臺(tái)支持,保障公司辦公軟件、硬件高效運(yùn)作,根據(jù)公司發(fā)展合理化信息化建設(shè)推進(jìn)。

  9、 主導(dǎo)公司行政管理工作,如熟悉:辦公室規(guī)范,食宿,安全消防,環(huán)境衛(wèi)生等方面實(shí)際管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳。

  10、協(xié)助上級(jí)參與建設(shè)外聯(lián)工作,對(duì)人力資源與社保、消防、派出所、質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)等政府單位保持良好的關(guān)系。
