Second, I believe that a friend in need is a friend indeed. When I’m in trouble, he or she is here and supports me; when I’m depressed, he or she would stay with me and encourage me. In addition, a true friend should be reliable enough so that I can share my secrets and feelings with him or her. Therefore, I think these are the important characteristics that a true friend should have.
The characteristics of a leader
There are several characteristics that I think a leader should have. First, a good leader should acquire the ability to organize people with different backgrounds. A leader may be patient enough to listen to his underlings and still keep his own mind. As a leader, he or she might encounter disputes among team members in making a decision. In that case, he or she must be careful enough to analyze the proposals and decisive enough to make the final decision. In my opinion, a good teacher should first love the job and then love his or her students and treat them fairly without bias or discrimination.
