I’d like to talk about Running Man, which is a reality show in China, or we can call it variety show, ‘cause there would be people performing in that show.
Anyway, it’s broadcast every weekend, and I never missed one single episode ‘cause it’s so entertaining. I just find it a perfect way to relax and release the pressure after a week’s study.
This show would invite TV celebrities and movie stars as the guests, and each episode has its own theme, and guests are divided into several groups, competing with each other to win the game, which sometimes can be hilarious.
I love that show ‘cause my idol _X who’s a popular Chinese actor and singer is the permanent guest, and from that show, I get to know what he’s like in real life, and his personality and hobbies.
Another thing I like about this show is that it’s full of positive energy. Sometimes they would shoot the show in those poverty-stricken areas, and guests would donate money and daily necessities to the villagers. It’s a really meaningful thing to do ‘cause they have attracted public attention to those poor kids, and people would know that there’s someplace like that where students couldn’t study at night ‘cause there’s no electricity. So to some extent, it’s more like a charity activity.
但是如果大家不是特別了解某一個(gè)show，只是聽(tīng)說(shuō)或者看過(guò)片段，比如有一陣子微博很流行的一個(gè)國(guó)外的TV show，應(yīng)該是個(gè)game show，類(lèi)似當(dāng)年的“開(kāi)心辭典”之類(lèi)的答對(duì)題目可以贏錢(qián)的那種。每位選手(contestant)可以有一次場(chǎng)外求助的機(jī)會(huì)，有位年輕人過(guò)關(guān)斬將，到了最后一道題目，如果答對(duì)了，就可以獲得one million dollars，他選擇了給爸爸打電話。不過(guò)這個(gè)小伙子接下來(lái)的舉動(dòng)震驚了全場(chǎng)觀眾。電話接通后，他對(duì)爸爸說(shuō)：“我知道你在看我答題，其實(shí)我知道問(wèn)題的答案，我只是想親口告訴你，我要贏得一百美元獎(jiǎng)金了!”

But here, I'd like to talk about a quiz show from Shenzhen TV channel, which is named as "who is cleverer".
This quiz show brings the adults back to the primary school class, helps them recall those happy memories in the childhood, recollects those forgotten knowledge. It aims to attract audience of primary school students, as well as adults.
In this quiz show, a group of primary school students and a team of adults are competing on the same stage, for those seemingly familiar and seemingly simple questions from primary school subjects. It is fun to see the embarrassment of those adult competitors unable to answer those easy questions, and it is also fun to see those primary students showing off their knowledge in front of their adult competitors. Altogether, there are 10 questions for each competitor, and those adults who can answer right all the 10 questions may have a chance to get the prize: 50 thousand YMB , but if he fail, he has to say to the audience, "wow, I am not so clever as a primary school student" and then he is replaced by another adults.
Wow, it's so funny that after so many years education, almost no adults could win the game and get the prize. And it's so interesting that this quiz show can bring so many parents and children in front of their TV sets to enjoy their get-together. I like the feeling of watching this kind of TV programs.
雅思口試內(nèi)容趨向商業(yè)化
雅思考試的口語(yǔ)題庫(kù)一向比較穩(wěn)定，考試每年增加幾個(gè)新的topic，每個(gè)topic又包括相應(yīng)的幾道新題，但數(shù)量有限，題型和原本的保持一致，因此對(duì)新試題的準(zhǔn)備工作并不難。但也許是受到全球化商業(yè)的影響，或是因?yàn)楦鞔笊虅?wù)類(lèi)考試的紅火局面，口試的內(nèi)容在近年來(lái)朝向商業(yè)化領(lǐng)域拓展，不少考題和該方面內(nèi)容相關(guān)，甚至在出現(xiàn)過(guò)關(guān)于外企面試的一些題目，考生要做好準(zhǔn)備。
