  微軟近日表示,在Windows 7或Windows Server 2008 R2中運行部分應用程序可能會導致藍屏死機(BSOD),在這種崩潰情況下,系統(tǒng)會給出0x0000003B停止錯誤提示。當前,微軟已經發(fā)布了一個熱修復補丁,遭遇此類問題的用戶可以手動獲取該補丁。

  微軟在知識庫文章KB2584454中詳細描述了這個問題,當你在Windows 7、Windows 7 SP1或是Windows Server 2008 R2、Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1上運行特定的應用程序時,例如Cyberlink YouCam,可能會收到下面的停止錯誤信息:

  導致這一問題的原因是,D3D9運行時(runtime)沒有對應用程序(如YouCam)傳送的矩形值執(zhí)行參數(shù)驗證,因此,Dxgkrnl.sys模塊收到的是無效的矩形坐標。然而,Dxgkrnl.sys模塊也不會對矩形坐標進行驗證,從而導致了"被零除"異常。
