還有一種就是我們家喻戶曉、家家戶戶都知道，都食用的豆芽，為什么說(shuō)是豆芽也是不健康的食物呢!因?yàn)槎寡恳彩且晃?ldquo;受害者”為什么它也是“受害者”呢?那是因?yàn)樗簧碳医o涂上了一種“色素”，豆芽使用出了“易容術(shù)”。原先那些沒(méi)有使用易容術(shù)的豆芽們?nèi)矶际屈S黃的，又黃又細(xì)，雖然有些不好看，也像是一位營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良的小孩子一樣。但它是健康的，而現(xiàn)在的豆芽使出了易容術(shù)，它的全身由黃色的變成了白色的，又白又亮，好看極了，它不像原來(lái)的那樣瘦瘦的，而是很飽滿、豐富的，像這些就是不健康的，而是危險(xiǎn)。我們吃多了這種食物就有可能歸西哦!

雖然我還是一個(gè)小學(xué)生，可我懂得的關(guān)于食品安全的知識(shí)可不少呢!比如說(shuō)不能在小攤上買東西、不能在沒(méi)有衛(wèi)生許可證的餐廳吃飯、不能吃過(guò)期、變質(zhì)、“三無(wú)”食品、不能吃未煮熟的東西等等。我還知道在購(gòu)買小食品時(shí)，注重查看以下幾個(gè)方面情況：一是要選擇信譽(yù)好、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定的知名品牌;二是要注意查看產(chǎn)品包裝上的廠名、廠址、食品生產(chǎn)日期和保質(zhì)期，拒絕購(gòu)買“三無(wú)”產(chǎn)品;三是檢查食品和合格證明、所含的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分、色澤新鮮程度;四是注意質(zhì)價(jià)相符，對(duì)超低價(jià)格的小食品不要購(gòu)買;五是注重檢查該食品的食品商標(biāo)標(biāo)志等等。
大家看吧，我們吃食物時(shí)一定要選擇好的食物，否則就有可能給我們帶來(lái)生命危險(xiǎn)。
