1. Under the weather
Weather是“天氣”的意思，但under the weather卻和天氣沒關(guān)系，它的意思就是“不太舒服”。
例：She's a little under the weather today, so she won't be joining us.
(她今天不太舒服，就不和我們一起了。)
2. Come down with
得了某種病，除了用catch或者suffer from，你還可以說come down with，后面直接跟什么病。
例：I think I may be coming down with a cold.
(我覺得我沒準(zhǔn)是感冒了。)
3. Rotten
一看見rotten，你可能一下子就想到“爛”這個(gè)詞，它除了有“令人不快的”，“質(zhì)量低劣的”意思，還能表示“身體不舒服”、“虛弱的”。

4. Lay up
Lay up有“擱置”的意思，如果是跟生病或受傷扯上關(guān)系，就是表達(dá)“在家養(yǎng)病養(yǎng)傷”或“臥床不起”。

5. Pick up
