　　上海市質(zhì)監(jiān)局發(fā)言人周四早上稱，該局周三對此事做了調(diào)查，發(fā)現(xiàn)光明乳業(yè)某廠周一進行生產(chǎn)時，不慎將用來清洗管道的食用級堿水滲入生產(chǎn)線上的牛奶中。

　　上面報道中的food-grade lye就是食用級堿水，食用堿常被用作食品curing agent(固化劑)和肉類tenderizer(嫩化劑)。食用堿不同于工業(yè)用堿，后者腐蝕性極強，一般用做drain opener(下水疏通劑)和detergent(清潔劑)。

　　從2008年melamine milk(三聚氰胺奶)事件開始，國內(nèi)幾大乳企頻頻爆出過質(zhì)量門。從去年年底的蒙牛牛奶aflatoxin(黃曲霉毒素，一種致癌物)超標，再到近期伊利baby formula(嬰兒配方奶粉)和whey powder(乳清粉)含excessive mercury(汞超標)，讓國人對國產(chǎn)乳制品的信心急速下滑。
