Summer Plant
Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.
夏天的植物
臺灣南部的夏天會(huì)很熱，那里的溫度通常會(huì)達(dá)到32℃以上。因?yàn)樘鞖庋谉?，去學(xué)校或在沒有空調(diào)的地方做任何事情都是一次艱難的經(jīng)歷。也正因?yàn)槿绱?，暑假期間我大部分時(shí)間都待在家里，只是偶爾去海邊泡冷水，以此來保持身體不那么粘。其實(shí)我喜歡游泳，認(rèn)為沒有什么比游泳更提神的了。在剛剛結(jié)束的暑假里，我和同學(xué)們?nèi)ビ斡玖撕芏啻?，我們都玩得很開心。然而，這個(gè)暑假并不是完全花在尋找樂趣上。作為一名二年級的學(xué)生，我不得不為即將入學(xué)一年的大學(xué)入學(xué)考試做準(zhǔn)備。換句話說，我也必須抽出時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)。所以我在暑假期間把工作時(shí)間和工作時(shí)間分開，并從這一安排中受益匪淺。
My Summer Vacation
At college, I missed my parents a lot. As the term was drawing to an end, I eagerly looked forward to going home. And I planned to do a thousand and one things during the vacation. Above all, I wanted to help my mother with housework. I also wished to read many hooks which my teachers had recommended. However, at home, my mother would never let me do anything. She completely deprived me of sharing her work. As soon as I opened a book to read,she would sit down beside me and ask me about all kinds of things at the college. To please her,I told her one thing after another,and soon I forgot all about books. Even when I was actually reading,she would, now and then,insist that I should eat an egg or drink a cup of tea. When I left home at the end of the vacation, not a thing in my plan had been carried out. But I felt very happy. I believed much more deeply than before in the old saying: Home, sweet home. There’s no place like home!
我的暑假
上大學(xué)時(shí)，我非常想念我的父母。隨著學(xué)期的結(jié)束，我熱切地盼望著回家。我計(jì)劃在假期里做一千零一件事。最重要的是，我想幫媽媽做家務(wù)。我還想讀我老師推薦的許多鉤。然而，在家里，我媽媽從不讓我做任何事。她完全剝奪了我分享她的工作。我打開一本書看，她就坐在我旁邊，問我大學(xué)里的各種事情。為了取悅她，我一件接一件地告訴她，不久我就把書全忘光了。甚至當(dāng)我在讀書的時(shí)候，她也會(huì)堅(jiān)持要我吃一個(gè)雞蛋或者喝一杯茶。假期結(jié)束后我離開家，我的計(jì)劃中沒有一件事進(jìn)行了。但我感到非常高興。我比以前更相信那句老話：家，甜蜜的家。還是家好哇。

I think this summer over a very meaningful day,in addition to the study of computers outside,also tried a new aerobic exercise -YOGA,I love this sport, so I learned an optimistic face life,but also to correct my bad shape,for my future learning and life will be very helpful,I love YOGA,with the hope more people will join me to try this new movement.

我覺得這個(gè)暑假過的非常有意義的一天，除了學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)算機(jī)以外，還嘗試了新的有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)，瑜伽，我愛這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)，所以我學(xué)會(huì)了樂觀的面對生活，還糾正了我的不良體形，對我今后的學(xué)習(xí)和生活都有很大的幫助，我愛瑜伽，有希望有更多的人加入我嘗試這項(xiàng)新的運(yùn)動(dòng)。
