精兵簡政的意思是什么

　　精兵簡政的意思：

　　精簡人員，縮減機(jī)構(gòu)。也比喻精簡不必要的東西。精：經(jīng)過提煉或挑選的;精華。簡：使簡單，簡化。政：國家某一部門主管的業(yè)務(wù)。指黨政軍緊縮機(jī)構(gòu)，精簡人員。也借用于一般的去除繁冗，力求簡要。毛澤東《為人民服務(wù)》：“‘精兵簡政’這一條意見，就是黨外人士李鼎銘先生提出來的。”
