  Nowadays, with the development of education, increasing the number of University students. They would become the backbone of society, so that their employment will affect the future of themselves, their families and society. Then, the employment situation of college students about what?

  In fact, college students "job challenge" has become a hot topic. Due to the effects of the economic crisis, in 2009, the graduate employment rate of 86%, in 2010, it rose to 89.6%, 2011 90.8%, 2012 is 91.5%, but in 2013, it dropped again to 86%. In recent years, the volatility of college student employment rate, but the overall trend is still rising slowly. According to the Chinese Academy of social sciences, statistics, end-2013 there will be 100,000 students are unemployable, 5.92 million employment challenges that students face. Therefore, students ' employment situation is still very serious.

  What, then, caused the employment problems of college students? I think there are three main reasons: first of all, in terms of students, many college students personal knowledge or practice of incompetence, lack of job skills, is the lack of psychological preparation for interview. And some of the college students ' employment concept is not correct, expectations were too high. Most important is that they lack social experience.

  Secondly, in the schools, some university courses set unreasonable, unable to adapt to society's demand for talents and graduates ' employment guidance and services will also need to improve.

  Furthermore, social aspects, social employment information system is not perfect, some examination of the enterprise or institution exists injustice, discrimination in employment, such as gender discrimination, account of discrimination still exists.

  Facing unemployment problem, as college students, we should have its own future career planning. For me, I'm calm, patience and hard work. I like reading and writing, and I'm majoring in Chinese language and literature, so I have a wealth of expertise. I am a school newspaper, a journalist, so I had interviews, and editing experience. I hope that the future will be an edit. In this dream, I will study the first two years at the University, how to interview and writing and contribution.   I believe that if I’m hard-working enough, I can achieve my dream in the fierce competition for jobs.

  當(dāng)今社會(huì) ,隨著教育的發(fā)展,大學(xué)生的數(shù)量不斷增加。他們會(huì)成為社會(huì)的中堅(jiān)力量,因此他們的就業(yè)會(huì)影響他們自己、家庭和社會(huì)的將來。那么,大學(xué)生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀到底是怎樣的呢? 事實(shí)上,大學(xué)生的“就業(yè)難題“已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)熱門話題。由于經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的影響,2009年,大學(xué)生就業(yè)率為86%,2010年,它上升為89.6%,2011年為90.8%,2012年為91.5%,但2013年,它又降到了86%。近幾年,大學(xué)生就業(yè)率的波動(dòng)較大,但總體的趨勢還是緩慢上升的。據(jù)中國社科院的統(tǒng)計(jì),2013年底將有10萬學(xué)生無法就業(yè),592萬學(xué)生面臨就業(yè)難題。因此,大學(xué)生的就業(yè)狀況還是很嚴(yán)峻的。

  那么,什么造成了大學(xué)生的就業(yè)難題呢?我想主要有三方面的原因:首先,在學(xué)生方面,許多大學(xué)生個(gè)人知識或?qū)嵺`能力不足,缺少求職技巧,對面試是缺乏心理準(zhǔn)備。而且一些大學(xué)生擇業(yè)觀不正確,期望值過高。最重要的是,他們?nèi)狈ι鐣?huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

  其次,在學(xué)校方面,一些大學(xué)的課程設(shè)置不合理,無法適應(yīng)社會(huì)對人才的需求;同時(shí),畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)以及服務(wù)工作也需要完善。

  再者,在社會(huì)方面,社會(huì)就業(yè)信息體制不完善,一些企業(yè)或事業(yè)單位的考試存在不公平現(xiàn)象,就業(yè)歧視,比如性別歧視、戶口歧視依然存在。

  面對就業(yè)難題,身為大學(xué)生的我們應(yīng)有自己的未來職業(yè)規(guī)劃。對我來說,我文靜、耐心并且刻苦。我喜歡讀書與寫作,而且我主修漢語言文學(xué),因此我有豐富的專業(yè)知識。我是校報(bào)的一名記者,因此我有著采訪以及編輯經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我希望未來能做一名編輯。為了這個(gè)夢想,在大學(xué)的前兩年我會(huì)努力學(xué)習(xí),多去采訪與寫作,積極投稿。大學(xué)后兩年,我會(huì)去參加出版社的實(shí)習(xí),積累工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),多向前輩請教。

  我相信,經(jīng)過我的努力,我可以在激烈的就業(yè)競爭中獲得勝利。

  Nowadays, more and more university graduates complain that graduation does not equate to employment. They experience great difficulties finding satisfactory jobs. What is the cause of this phenomenon?

  In my opinion, there are four causes:

  First, graduates lack experience. They spend most of their time at school studying academic subjects and lack relevant job training. Only after graduation do they realize it’s hard to find jobs.

  Second, competition among graduates grows more bitter and more bitter and bitter. The supply of university graduates exceeds social demand. This results in a decreased chance for any individual graduate to find a job.

  Third, some students don’t study hard. Some of them skip classes just because they have no interest in certain subjects. Some play computer games or pursue other interests. Some sleep in class or in the library. Then they leave the sheltered environment of the university campus, to discover they don’t have adequate knowledge to apply for many positions, which makes them feel lost and frustrated.

  Finally, some graduates are conceited. They lack experience but ask for a high salary, which is impractical.

  So, university students should try their best to change this situation. When they are in school, they should make the most of their time and put their heart into their studies. They can hold part-time jobs in their spare time to accumulate relevant work experience. They should take part in some social activities and provide themselves with special training, if possible. When they graduate and apply for jobs, they should attach more importance to accumulating experience than to their starting salary.

  On University Students’ Pressure in Finding Jobs

  About a decade ago, university students could find satisfactory and enviable jobs after their graduation. But now, things are different. Today's university students usually have much pressure in finding fairly good jobs. They always say disappointedly that graduation means joblessness. Why nowadays university students have so much pressure in finding jobs?

  In my opinion, this kind of pressure is mainly caused by three reasons. Firstly, the government isenrolling more and more university students year by year. And the growth of the students' number has surpassed that of the need of the society. So, when so many students graduate at a time, the chance of finding jobs becomes tiny. Secondly, today's university students, most of them are the "only-child", who are more mentally frail. Since they are indulged greatly at home and haven't been trained to do things on their own, once it is their turn to go out of the campus and find jobs by themselves and decide what kind of jobs to choose, they feel bewildered and don't know what to do. If their first try fails, they will be frustrated and think that it is really hard to find jobs. Thirdly, some university students are not qualified for good and challenging jobs. After entering the university, they don't study as hard as they did in high schools. They begin to sleep during the class or even be absent for classes. Some are addicted to computer games or Jin Yong's novels, or step into the two-person-world too early. Because these things have taken up so much of their time and energy, their study is neglected. After four years of university life, they haven't gained the knowledge those fairly good jobs or certain positions require.
