The fox and the crane
Once upon a time there lived a fox and a crane in a village. One day, the fox invited the crane to dinner.
“I’m not sure whether you’ll like this food but help yourself” said the fox putting down the dish on the table.
But the dish was so flat that the crane couldn’t eat the food on it.
Being annoyed, the crane said politely.
“Thank you for inviting me to dinner. Please come to my house for dinner next time.”
After a few days, the crane invited the fox.
“I made this food specially for you so please have some.”
The crane put the food in a narrow, long-necked jar.
So the fox couldn’t eat the food however much the tried.
But the crane put his long beak into the jar and eat it happily. And he said slyly, “We have plenty of food so eat as much as you want.”
But the fox could only come home dribbling at the mouth.

小信封的大旅程
Hello!
喂!
I am an envelope. “Whew!”

Two days ago，a little girl wrote a letter to her grandmother. She folded the letter up and put it inside of me. “Lick my flap and smooth me out!”
兩天前，一個(gè)小女孩寫了一封信給她的祖母。她把信疊起來放在我的里面。“舔了一下信封口蓋，把我整理平滑!”
Then，she put a sticky picture on me and wrote something on me!
然后，她放了一張粘性的圖片放在我的身上。然后寫了一些東西在我的身上!
“Don't I look fancy?”
“我看起來不奇特嗎?”
She put me into a box. “Ooh!It is really dark in here!”
她把我放進(jìn)了一個(gè)盒子里面。“哦!里面是如此的黑暗!”
In the box，I met other envelopes. Some envelopes were smaller than me. Other envelopes were larger than me.“They are going all over the world!”
在這個(gè)盒子里面，我遇到了其他的信封。一些信封比我小。其他的信封比我大。“他們要去世界各地!”
Suddenly，the door of the box opened. All of us were put into a big sack.“Whee!Now，we are all going for a ride.”
突然，盒子的門打開了。我們?nèi)勘谎b進(jìn)了一個(gè)口袋。“啊!現(xiàn)在，我們?nèi)恳霭l(fā)了。”
I peeked out of the bag. We were getting on a big plane!!
我透過袋子往外偷看了一眼。我們正在登上一架大飛機(jī)!!
When we landed，the bag was opened，again. Someone put me into a mail sorter.“Oh，machines!”
當(dāng)我們著陸的時(shí)候，這個(gè)袋子再次打開。有人把我放進(jìn)了一個(gè)郵件分撿機(jī)。“哦，機(jī)器!”
A kind woman picked me up. “Good-bye!Good-bye!”
一個(gè)和藹的女人把我撿了出來。“再見!再見!”
Then, we walked down the street，together.“Hey!Whose house is this?”
然后，我們一起走在街頭。“嘿!這個(gè)是誰的房子?”
Finally，I was at Grandmother's house!
最后，我在祖母的房子里面!
“Time to open me up. Ouch，be careful!”
“到時(shí)候打開我了。哎喲，小心!”
Grandmother is very happy to see me. I am happy，too. I have a cozy，new home，now!
