二胎的好處The Advantages of Second Child
It has been such a long time for Chinese people to carry out the family plan, so most families only have one child. But now the government has loosen the one-child policy, more and more families have the right to raise the second child. In my opinion, having the second child has many advantages.
中國(guó)人實(shí)行計(jì)劃生育已經(jīng)有很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間了，因此大部分家庭只有一個(gè)孩子。但是如今政府放松了一胎政策，越來越多的家庭有權(quán)利養(yǎng)育第二個(gè)孩子。在我看來，擁有第二個(gè)孩子很多好處。
First, it is good for the only child to have a sister or brother, so that the child can learn to share things. The parents are easily to focus their all attention to the only child, they want to give all the things he wants. But in the long run, they don’t realize they have spoiled their child to be an emperor. Selfishness can be found on the only child, if he has a partner, then he will realize the need to share things with others. What’s more, the parents can distract their attention, so they won’t spoil their kids.
第一，對(duì)于獨(dú)生子女來說，有個(gè)兄弟姐妹是好的，這樣孩子就能學(xué)會(huì)分享東西。父母很容易會(huì)把他們的注意力集中在獨(dú)生子女身上，他們想要給予孩子所要的一切。但是長(zhǎng)期下去，他們沒有意識(shí)到已經(jīng)把孩子寵溺成了一個(gè)皇帝。獨(dú)生子女很容易自私，如何他有一個(gè)伙伴，就會(huì)和別人分享東西的需要。而且，父母也會(huì)分散他們的注意力，這樣就不會(huì)寵溺孩子。
Second, since in Chinese tradition the old people would not like to spend their later life in the nursing house, two children can share the burden of taking care of the parents and support them when they grow old. Those only children would be exhausted then while they have their own family to take care.
第二，由于在中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)里老年人們不愿意在養(yǎng)老院安度晚年，兩個(gè)孩子也能分擔(dān)一下照顧和贍養(yǎng)年老父母的壓力。而那些獨(dú)生子女們還要照顧自己的家庭，會(huì)力不從心。
Third, the more kids in the family, the happier the family will be. Watching the children play and fight is a kind of fun for the parents. The lively phenomenon makes people feel happy.
第三，家中越多的孩子，家庭就會(huì)更加的幸福?？粗⒆觽兺嫠：统臣?，對(duì)父母來說也是一種樂趣。熱鬧的環(huán)境讓人感到開心。
負(fù)債的生活The Life of Incurring Debts
Nowadays, people can pay in many ways. The original way to pay is to give the cash, then as the development of the Internet, people can pay by the Internet. Credit card is favored by most people, because it can pay in advance. While some may be stuck by the incurring debts and life becomes hard.
如今，人們可以有多種付款的方式。最初的付款方式是給現(xiàn)金，然后隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展，人們可以通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)付款。信用卡收到大部分的喜愛，因?yàn)樗芴崆爸Ц?。然而一些人可能被受困于?fù)債，生活變得困難。
The life of incurring debts is really not comfortable, take my friend for example. My friend liked to go shopping very much, she bought new clothes all the time. But her little income couldn’t support her to buy so many clothes, so she went to the bank and made a credit card, which meant that she had some money in advance. My friend spent the money in a month, she felt so satisfied, but the thing was that the bank asked her to return part of the money every month. It sounded so terrible, she was in debt and struggled with her life in a year.
負(fù)債的生活真的不好過，就拿我朋友來說。我的朋友很喜歡逛街，她總是在買衣服。但是她的微薄收入無法支持她買那么多的衣服，因此她去銀行辦了張信用卡，這意味著她有一筆錢可以提前花。我的朋友在一個(gè)月內(nèi)就花光了錢，她感到了滿足，但是銀行要求她每個(gè)月都要還一部分的錢。這聽起來多么可怕啊，她負(fù)債了，整整一年都在掙扎著過日子。
Seeing my friend’s experience of paying debts, I dare not to pay in advance, at least so far, I don’t have the ability to pay back. Even I don’t have much income, I still can live the good life.
看到朋友的負(fù)債經(jīng)歷，我不敢提前消費(fèi)，至少目前為止，我沒有能力去償還。雖然我沒有很高的收入，但是我也能過得很好。
推遲退休年齡Raising the Retirement Age
Recently, there is a controversial policy published by Chinese government says that will raise the retirement age gradually to 65, which is 5 and 10 years longer than the current ages for men and women. This news is being the hot topic on internet.
近來，中國(guó)政府頒布一項(xiàng)政策，決定逐漸推遲退休年齡，男女分別是70歲和65歲，比現(xiàn)有的退休年齡長(zhǎng)了5年。這個(gè)新聞在網(wǎng)上成為了熱門話題。
Why would this happen? Most people assumed that it is because of the aging problem. Since last 80’s, the population and family planning had been carried out, all family was allowed to have one child to have the population of China controlled. It did work for 2 decades, but as the first “only children” have been growing up, their parents growing old, and the aging problem is becoming increasingly evident. There is not enough people of young generation support the old, therefore, the problem of burden of the social insurance and the medical insurance is getting worse. So this raising the retirement age is needed in this situation.
為什么會(huì)這樣?許多人認(rèn)為這是因?yàn)槿丝诶淆g化問題。自從上世紀(jì)80年代起人口與計(jì)劃生育政策實(shí)施以來，許多家庭只能生一個(gè)孩子，旨在控制人口。這在20年里確實(shí)起了作用，但是隨著第一代獨(dú)生子女成長(zhǎng)，他們的父母年老，老齡化的問題變得日益明顯。如今沒有足夠的年輕人來支撐老年人，因此，社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)和醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的負(fù)擔(dān)問題也會(huì)變得日益嚴(yán)重。所以在這種情況下推遲退休年齡也是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。
However, this may not be the best answer to the problem. Raising the retirement age will require the old people would be still doing their job, the young generation would be jobless since they were occupied by those aged, and it will certainly increase many other social problems.
但是，這可能不是解決問題的最佳方案。推遲退休年齡要求那些老年人依然堅(jiān)守崗位，崗位被占著，年輕人將無從就業(yè)，這勢(shì)必會(huì)引發(fā)其他許多的社會(huì)問題。
Anyway, I think the government should have other plans to prevent the problem getting worse. Such as encourage people to buy commercial insurance, promote the medical reform, not just raise the retirement age.
無論如何，我想政府應(yīng)該有備用方案來防止這類問題惡化。例如鼓勵(lì)人們購買商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)，推進(jìn)理療改革，而不是僅僅推遲退休年齡。
