You can hear your laughers of joy and happiness in the day when everything happens as your dream; you can see the smiles on the people around you when the magic moment strikes. You can feel your face is getting red and your heart is beating fast and your blood is rushing all over your body to every single corner of your being.

　　There are some moments in life when you miss some one so much that you just want to pick them from your dreams and hug them for real. Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go, be what you want to be, because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do.

　　May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, enough hope to make you happy. Always put yourself in other's shoes. If you feel that it hurts you, it probably hurts the other person too.

　　The happiest people don't necessarily have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything comes along their way. The happiness always lies for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those who have tried, for only they can appreciate the people who have touched their lives. Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, and ends with a tear. The brightest future will always be based on the forgotten past, and you can't go on well in your life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.

　　When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die, you are the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying.

　　第一部分 中國人學(xué)習(xí)英語的現(xiàn)狀

　　雖然中國有四億五千萬人曾經(jīng)學(xué)過或正在學(xué)習(xí)英語，比美國人的人口還要多，但真正能用英語交流的人卻寥寥無幾。中國人辛勤耕耘英語十來年，付出了大量的時(shí)間，金錢，和精力，但結(jié)果還是聾啞英語，半吊子英語。

　　中國人有一個(gè)有趣的現(xiàn)象是學(xué)了十來年英語連打招呼都沒有過關(guān)，一見面還是： how are you ,fine ，thank you ,and you, I’m fine too, thank you bye bye !!!如果外國人沒有說and you 中國人就會給外國人挑毛病，你錯(cuò)了.我說你那個(gè)外國人同志啊，你怎么不說and you 啊，你不說and you 我就沒有辦法向下說啊，你只有說and you 我才能說I’m fine too!!為什么我們?nèi)珖蛘泻舳际且粯樱?因?yàn)槲覀兪褂檬峭粋€(gè)教材，我們沒有選擇，要弱智大家一起弱智。講到打招呼，中國人還是比日本人好一點(diǎn)，大家都聽說過日本首相僧喜朗的故事吧，日本首相僧喜朗將要去美國訪問，日本的英語專家就教他，how are you , how are you , fine ,thank you, 但是僧喜郎還是沒有記住，一見到克林頓，就脫口而出：who are you ?克林頓吃了一驚，心想日本人還挺有幽默感的，就說：我是西拉里的丈夫，僧喜郎就說：me too!!

　　每年中國人有上百萬大學(xué)畢業(yè)生通過了國家的四級，六級考試，中國的大學(xué)生說：我這輩子英語算過關(guān)了，拿到了四級六級證書，他們到外資企業(yè)找工作，一進(jìn)門，外國人問他的英語怎么樣，他們就會說，我的英語很好，這是我的四級證書，這是我的六級證書，外國人就說，“不要讓我看證書，你給我講兩句好不好，”我們的大學(xué)生就會說，不讓我說英語，你給我兩道最難的選擇題吧，我做選擇題很厲害，我保證能選對，我也最擅長用淘汰法A不對，B不知對不對C好象不對，D不對，一高興就選擇B，這叫自欺欺人.然后那個(gè)外國人就說，get out of here,你可以離開了，下一個(gè).只會做選擇題的人終將被社會所淘汰。另外做選擇題最可怕是：一句話里有五個(gè)單詞我不會讀，有三個(gè)單詞意思都不懂，但是我能選對，因?yàn)榍懊嬗袀€(gè)to，那是動詞不定式的標(biāo)志，后面一定要跟動詞原形!!或者是前面是had better，后面一定跟動詞原形，管它前面是什么。中國學(xué)生什么時(shí)候最激動，一聽說是常考題的時(shí)候，是不是，好激動啊，老師，多給幾個(gè)。我們想一想，用這樣的體系培養(yǎng)出來的學(xué)生能應(yīng)付21世紀(jì)殘酷的商業(yè)競爭嗎， NO!!!

　　說過中國的大學(xué)生，那么我們再講講中國的小孩子。

　　現(xiàn)在小孩子很幸福.從四歲就開始學(xué)英語，辛苦學(xué)了五年，花了幾千塊錢還是不行，基本上就會講兩個(gè)單詞banana ,apple 今年我在大連培訓(xùn)里的時(shí)候，有一位家長帶一個(gè)9歲的小孩來咨詢,這個(gè)孩子的媽媽一見到我，她就鼓勵(lì)他：快給張輝老師說幾句，這個(gè)小孩就跑到我的面前，對我說：張輝老師，what’s your name?這是不是有點(diǎn)象弱智恢復(fù)訓(xùn)練：張輝，這是甚么，這是書吧。我問他還會甚么，他就說：I’m a boy.有沒有這樣的神經(jīng)病，我看起來是男的實(shí)際上是女的。我們國家教英語這個(gè)句型教的最好了,student ,come here, Let’s have a talk, what’s that ?然后學(xué)生就會說：teacher, I think, it’s a desk,老師會說：no ,It’s not a desk, it’s a chair..如果我們的老師都是這樣教英文，那真的是太荒.唐了。

　　講過我們的大學(xué)生，小學(xué)生，那我們再講講我們可憐的成年人.

　　我們的成年人，大學(xué)畢業(yè)以后，在社會上混了幾年，感到21世紀(jì)也來臨了，中國也加入了WTO，北京申奧也成功了，不學(xué)英語就趕不上潮流了，于是就買了很多的書，但基本上都是一樣的，看了第一本，聽了第一課，磁帶聽了第一盤，學(xué)了新概念，學(xué).......最后又好象走回了老家，學(xué)完了一套又一套，不學(xué)對不起自己，學(xué)了又不知道結(jié)果如何.然后宣稱：***，英語太難學(xué)，不學(xué)了，我不是學(xué)英語的料.你問他們最拿手的是什么，他們就會說，“what’s your name ,!!”

　　第二部分 中國人為什么學(xué)不好英語

　　首先是中國人太愛面子了，中國人學(xué)習(xí)最怕丟臉，有一天在大街上看到外國人，心想我能外國說兩句就好了，可是兩條腿就是不向前去，我要是說錯(cuò)了怎么辦，外國人會不會笑話我啊，我說錯(cuò)了，那不是很丟人啊，那么多難堪啊。再說我很丑，又不溫柔，外國人會不會給我說啊?？墒谴藭r(shí)我要告訴你，你再丑也是最棒的，你再丑也是最有希望的。學(xué)習(xí)英語不需要面子，妹妹大膽的向前走，學(xué)習(xí)英語更不能象羞答答的玫瑰，俗話說“沒臉沒皮，所向無敵”。我就喜歡犯錯(cuò)誤，喜歡丟人，哪兒人多我就到哪兒去丟人，記得我班同學(xué)說我是不是有點(diǎn)變態(tài)，我就說：I like my style ,so what?你必須熱愛犯錯(cuò)誤，加油犯錯(cuò)誤，爭取早一天把錯(cuò)誤犯完。

　　其次，中國人學(xué)習(xí)英語有太多的抱怨。有的人說我基礎(chǔ)不好，我的記憶力差。我沒有語言天賦。是不是學(xué)好英語一定要有天賦呢，是不是一定要有天賦才能把英語才成學(xué)好呢，我舉一個(gè)簡單的例子.就象開車，就象游泳，就象彈鋼琴，如果你想成為一個(gè)游泳高手，應(yīng)該怎么辦就應(yīng)該跳進(jìn)游泳池里拼命地游.中國人怎么做呢，中國人就會到書店里買了很多關(guān)于游泳方面的書how to swim，然后去參加培訓(xùn)班，苦學(xué)十年拿到了游泳博士學(xué)位，然后充滿的信心跳進(jìn)長江，結(jié)果跳下去就沒有了，最后連尸體都找不到，跳下去就死掉了，還有一個(gè)故事，一個(gè)游泳教練帶著五十個(gè)一個(gè)班的同學(xué)，學(xué)習(xí)練習(xí)游泳，每次上課的時(shí)候都是教練奮不顧身跳下去，大都在旁邊記筆記，老師游的很好，老師邊游邊說，記住喲，左手和右手的區(qū)別，記住要注意換氣啊，老師換氣原來是這么回事，老師真?zhèn)ゴ?，這象不象我們上課啊，同學(xué)們翻到第二頁，第二頁講的是enjoy doing sth ，ask sb to do sth ,tell sb to do sth ,prevent sb from doing sth th.。

　　再次，中國人的學(xué)習(xí)方法錯(cuò)了，The Chinese misdirected their energy! 中國人的智慧都被浪費(fèi)在“無聊的語法分析”、“枯燥的單詞記憶”、“自欺欺人的精讀課文分析”和“弱智的打勾勾涂圈圈的練習(xí)和考試”上了!

　　中國人的語法學(xué)的最好，比美國的教授還厲害，但我們的英語水平連美國的五歲小孩都不如，你想想我們開始學(xué)喊爸爸，媽媽，叔叔，阿姨再見時(shí)，我們的爸媽是否這樣說，孩子爸爸，媽媽叔叔，阿姨都有是主語，再見是謂語。最可怕的是外國人回頭說了一句，damn it ,shut up ,get out of my face now。外國人罵你，你還不知道，啊，那個(gè)外國人在表揚(yáng)我啊。你想回罵一下外國人，還不知道用聲么時(shí)態(tài)。

　　另外中國還喜歡抱怨自己的單詞量不夠，總是把自己學(xué)不好英語歸根于自己的詞匯量不夠，自己的單詞少，其實(shí)，這是個(gè)很有趣的事情，你想美國的五歲的小孩子單詞量有中國的大學(xué)生的單詞多好，絕對沒有的，但中國的大學(xué)生卻沒有外國的五歲的小朋友說的好，為什么會這樣呢，因?yàn)槟愕木毩?xí)不夠，而不是你的單詞量不夠 。此時(shí)有的同學(xué)會說了我們是不是不要記單詞了，不是這樣的，我們反對孤立地記憶單詞，因?yàn)槿四X不是電腦，大量的記也會大量地忘，那應(yīng)該怎么記呢，我們應(yīng)該用句子來記，舉了例子：在我們精讀課本上的：I’m looking for a temporary job ,so that I can save up some money to go traveling.如果你這句話你會說，還記不住temporary這個(gè)單詞，那我要告訴你，你可以回家了，你弱智。另外我們的記憶單詞的方法還有聽寫記憶法，篩選法，我后面再說。還的同學(xué)會說，我的記憶很好，我會記很多的單詞，但我就是不會說英語，但我要說，那些單詞是死單詞，你很快就會忘掉，再說，你不能一見老外，就說，sky ,people ,leg ,desk!!

　　我們在學(xué)課文的時(shí)候也挺好玩，同學(xué)們，我們現(xiàn)在開始學(xué)課文，同學(xué)們注意了，我們先講單詞，再講課文，最后講練習(xí)，這是非限制定語從句，這是主語，這是謂語，這是賓語補(bǔ)足語。這些自欺欺的課文分析，其實(shí)那些教英語的老師有時(shí)自己也搞不明白。結(jié)果，我們學(xué)習(xí)精讀課文變成了一件苦差使，費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力卻顆粒無收，而最后就變成了中國人會說英語的越來越少，會教英語的越來越多。

　　中國人特別喜歡做選擇題，看懂看不懂都沒有關(guān)系的，我照樣能選對。并且擅長用淘汰法，排除法?？蛇@樣做很可怕的在于。比如說你做選擇題的時(shí)候，有四個(gè)答案，我們把75%的時(shí)間在復(fù)習(xí)錯(cuò)誤的答案，25%的時(shí)間在看正確的答案.結(jié)果離開教室回到家又沒有時(shí)間鞏固正確的答案。我問你一個(gè)簡單的問題你媽媽從培養(yǎng)你長大，有沒有說，孩子，正確的說法是這樣，另外娘再教你三個(gè)錯(cuò)誤的說法.

　　我們很好玩，一天到晚整天在看那些是錯(cuò)誤的，排掉一個(gè)印象深刻了一點(diǎn)，又排掉了一個(gè)印象又把錯(cuò)誤記住了一點(diǎn)。再排掉一個(gè)又記住了一點(diǎn)，就是沒有看正確的.我們再說說閱讀，其實(shí)我們做閱讀題的時(shí)候，一般都是，飄飄然，昏昏然，不知所以然，所以我們閱讀題沒有幾個(gè)人真正完全能夠明白的，所以我們經(jīng)常說閱讀是迷迷糊糊中蒙對的，聽力是在極度恐懼中冒對的。
