對外企的英文面試應該按照以下步驟來進行準備：
(1) 預測問題。這個環(huán)節(jié)不但能幫助你克服聽力困難， 而且能緩解你在面試時候的緊張情緒。想象一下， 如果總是Pardon, Excuse me， 你怎么可能鎮(zhèn)定自若?
(2) 書寫答案。英語8級的牛人也會在英文面試時出現邏輯不清的情況， 因為流利和井井有條絕對不是同義詞。筆者的親身體會是， 越是英語流利的牛人， 越容易在面試的時候廢話連篇， 邏輯混亂。
(3) 背誦答案。背誦三遍以內是結巴， 背誦十遍以內是流利的背誦， 而背誦二三十遍以上就不再是背誦， 而是滔滔不絕的自由表達!
(4) 若有所思。面試的時候， 在流利做答之前， 別忘了做思索狀， 再加上個well， let me see……
衡量一個回答是否精彩， 只有一個標準： 這個回答中， 體現了申請人的什么特征?這些特征是優(yōu)點還是缺點?如果是優(yōu)點， 是否剛好適合所申請職位的優(yōu)點?3
