如何提高英文簡歷制作水平

　　在競爭激烈的現(xiàn)代社會里,寫好個人簡歷(curriculum vitae)是求職的一個重要手段。一般說來,簡歷是有關個人情況的簡述,要求包括與所申請職業(yè)有關的所有細節(jié)。寫英文簡歷沒有一定的格式,你可以根據自己的實際情況來設計各部分的標題,下面就來看看如何提高英文簡歷制作水平：

　　一、標點符號一律使用半角

　　二、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個半角空格。

　　六、對于電話區(qū)號應用不同的符號區(qū)分。

　　七、對于有序列表，應采用“阿拉伯數字 + 英文句點 + 半角空格”的方式。

　　錯誤：

　　八、括號弧線外要留空格，弧線內不要。

　　但同一個單詞內的括號例外：

　　九、用彎引號，不要用直(的彎)引號。

　　十、正確使用各種短橫：em dash (—) 是破折號，en dash (–) 用來連接年份、時間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。

　　注意：

　　1. 若寫作時用兩個 hyphen (--) 代替破折號，Word 等字處理軟件會自動將其轉為 em dash (—) 。有鑒于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫作通用的替代法。(注：hyphen - en dash – em dash —)

　　2. 破折號(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習慣之不同，無對錯之分。惟請在同一份簡歷中保持統(tǒng)一。
