as, because, for, since
這些連詞均含有"因?yàn)?quot;之意。
as ：從屬連詞，語意較because, since弱，著重在主句，所表示的原因或理由是"附帶的"。
because ：從屬連詞，語意強(qiáng)，著重直接的原因或理由，所引出的從句是全句的重心，用以回答why提出的問題。
for ：并列連詞，語氣較弱，所引出的句子一般放在后面，表示附帶說明的理由或推斷理由。
since ：語意比because弱，但比as強(qiáng)，一般用于表示"由于大家已知的事實(shí)"。
as, like
這兩個(gè)詞均有"像"之意。
as ：從屬連詞，引出方式從句。

though, although, as
這些連詞均可表示"雖然，盡管"之意。

when, while, as
這些連詞均可表示"當(dāng)……時(shí)"引出時(shí)間從句。
when ： 所引導(dǎo)的從句，其謂語動詞既可是持續(xù)動詞，也可是短暫動詞;謂語動詞動作發(fā)生的時(shí)間可以與主句謂語動詞的動作是同時(shí)，或之前、之后。
while ： 句中的謂語動詞應(yīng)為持續(xù)動詞，不用短暫動詞，謂語動作發(fā)生的時(shí)間通常與主句謂語動詞動作發(fā)生時(shí)間是同時(shí)。
as ： 側(cè)重指從句與主句的動作同時(shí)進(jìn)行，謂語動詞可以是持續(xù)性的，可以是短暫性動詞。
