1、當(dāng)來電找自己的同事,需要轉(zhuǎn)接時(shí),可以這么說:
I’ll put you through right now.

2、轉(zhuǎn)接失敗,為了對(duì)來電者表示禮貌,應(yīng)當(dāng)這樣說:

很抱歉電話占線,如果接通了我們就給您打電話。
3、我們打電話不一定都能找到對(duì)方,這時(shí)候想讓接電話的人告知對(duì)方給自己回電話或者沒什么事情不用回電話了,怎么說呢?

請轉(zhuǎn)告她許先生給她打電話。
