  1.Understand your shortcomings

  2. Give your realistic deadlines

  告訴上司現(xiàn)實的截止日期

  Give yourself a bit of extra time to get the job done properly, and if you get things done early,the boss will be impressed.

  應(yīng)當(dāng)稍微高估完成既定任務(wù)需要花費的時間,并且,如果你“提前”完成任務(wù),上司會對你印象深刻。

  3. Get problems solved early

  提前解決問題

  Let your boss know immediately about any problems that crop up, he will be grateful if yougive him enough time to solve it.

  6. Respect your boss's time

  Don't bother your boss if he is on phone or is elbows deep in work, and try to solve theproblem if you can solve it yourself.

  7. Take on your boss's unpleasant tasks

  8. Speak up at meeting
