Debit Note是收款的一方 向繳款的一方開出的票據(jù)，如果你是出口方，你就可以向客戶提供一份debit note收一些雜費(fèi)或別的原因產(chǎn)生的費(fèi)用，像Invoice一樣，只是Title(標(biāo)題)改一下，寫明付款方和收款方，然后Remarks里面注明為什么收這一筆款。就類似我們的一個(gè)費(fèi)用清單，除非合同注明此具有法律效力，否則只是一個(gè)告知的形式而已。如果你是進(jìn)口方，并且需要付給客戶一些合同外的費(fèi)用，你就可以向客戶提供一份credit note/good receive notes，或者是客戶給你發(fā)debit note?？傊?，客戶欠你錢，你就出debit note給客戶;你欠客戶的錢就出credit note給客戶。
