　　檢查自己聽力水準(zhǔn)：上網(wǎng)搜今天的VOA standard English隨機(jī)一篇，你能毫不費(fèi)力聽寫，那么恭喜你，耳朵沒問題。(以聽懂為基礎(chǔ)，能整篇聽寫則為最高境界)

　　口語：去當(dāng)?shù)卮髮W(xué)城或者主題酒吧找個外教外國人whatever，主動帶人家吃個飯逛個街。(你當(dāng)然不能也不好意思連拖帶拽，各種手舞足蹈比劃萬千。別擔(dān)心，一般來說，foreigner都挺樂意跟你出去走走)然后各種聊，直到聽到他說wow your English is pretty cool.(相信你陪人家出去之前至少還是得做做功課，“今天天氣真好”“你覺得中國怎么樣”之類蛋疼的話題還是免了)俗話說：聽說不分家。聽力口語自古相輔相成，聽得懂才會說得對，準(zhǔn)確的輸出總是建立在正確輸入的基礎(chǔ)上。不再贅述。

　　新東方老師來自四面八方，學(xué)法律的學(xué)哲學(xué)的學(xué)美術(shù)的各種專業(yè)都有，但是他們都有個共同的特質(zhì)----人格魅力。很多人評論說去新東方當(dāng)個現(xiàn)代教書匠，沒錯，師，傳道授業(yè)解惑者也，而有氣質(zhì)有知識懂幽默能和學(xué)生分享人生閱歷和信念則是現(xiàn)代人內(nèi)心需求了吧。

　　很多朋友問我進(jìn)新東方有沒有硬性條件，比如學(xué)歷或者。我想了很久，真的挺難回答。如果你留意新東方招聘信息都可以看到這樣一條：如果能力特別優(yōu)秀者，將適當(dāng)放寬專業(yè)等硬性條件的限制。這或許也是新東方最好的一點(diǎn)--英雄不問出處，能者則上。

　　既然你方向已經(jīng)確定是去國外考試部的話，我倒是可以給你幾個tips

　?、?國外考試項(xiàng)目有：TOEFL，IELTS，GMAT,GRE,SAT,LSAT，與之對應(yīng)的，參加過所應(yīng)聘科目的考試，獲得高分者優(yōu)先考慮。

　　(提醒下：國外考試部招留學(xué)生或者有國外工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人比較多，要么就是內(nèi)部招聘其他部門優(yōu)秀教師。)

　?、?具體科目有：聽力，口語，閱讀，詞匯，語法，寫作，翻譯，邏輯等等。你可以事先想好往哪個方向發(fā)展，定崗越早風(fēng)險越小。

　　③ 流程：筆試(因地而異，不過一般都有詞匯GRE難度;閱讀理解四六級難度;還有寫作改錯神馬的。)面試(多輪，含試講)

　　剛剛說到多輪面試的問題，我記得我當(dāng)時差不多六輪面試。剛剛還只是自我介紹，試講10分鐘，40分鐘，慢慢就過渡成磨課了。就像一樓說的，三天沒洗澡沒上課很正常，磨課過程很辛苦。我當(dāng)時自己編講義每晚都是夜半三點(diǎn)鐘才睡，自己一有空就去找空教室練課，但是只要一進(jìn)新東方學(xué)校課堂就必須立馬打個幾公升雞血精力充沛。在磨課的時候最讓人受不了的是心累，因?yàn)閹愕膶?dǎo)師絕對不會因?yàn)槟阕蛲戆疽够蛘叽髮W(xué)事情太多而留情面。哪里編寫得不夠清楚，講的不夠精彩，反正任意一點(diǎn)瑕疵，劈頭蓋臉冷冷的一句：下次別來了。其實(shí)后來也有學(xué)弟學(xué)妹跟我抱怨說起新東方的殘酷，我就這么告訴他們：人家批的是課不是人，導(dǎo)師對你這個人是肯定的。罵你證明你還有罵的價值。

I had taken Political Science courses in college and thought I knew what I was doing. However, the student questions just made me dig deeper and learn more. There is an old adage that it takes three years of teaching to truly master a subject and in my experience this is the truth.

　　Zhang Lili is a teacher at the No. 19 Middle School in Jiamusi, Heilongjiang Province. She sustained serious injuries after saving two students from being hit by an oncoming bus on May 8, 2012.

A team of specialists, including doctors from the hospital itself as well as five medical experts sent by the Ministry of Health, has now been formed.

The couple planned on having a baby after her class' graduation. "Now I just wish my wife wakes up soon. From now on I will simply be there for her, be her rock. No matter when and where, we'll be together forever," said her husband.
