　　大家好，今天豆子為大家寫了兩個(gè)對(duì)話關(guān)于公司的午餐會(huì)，外企的午餐會(huì)是比較流行的，并不是正式場(chǎng)合。同事坐在一起邊吃飯邊討論最近正在做什么項(xiàng)目，一起來(lái)看看吧。

　　Hello Everyone! This is 豆子.Today, I drafted two conversations about lunch meetings. Lunch meetings are very popular in the foreign companies. Collegues are sittting together to have lunch and talking about some projects what they are doing right now.

　　Conversation 1：

　　A: Hello, this is John speaking.

　　我是約翰

　　B: Hi, John. This is Linda. We will have a lunch meeting tomorrow at 12:pm in the conference room. I just sent the menu to your mailbox, please check it and let me know your choice as soon as possible. Thanks.

　　你好，我是琳達(dá)。咱們明天中午十二點(diǎn)要在會(huì)議室里有個(gè)午餐會(huì)。我剛剛把菜單發(fā)到了你的郵箱里。你看了之后盡快告訴我你要吃什么，謝謝。

　　A: All right! Thanks for letting me know, Linda, I am out for a meeting with clients. I will reply to you as soon as possible.

　　好的，謝謝你告訴我。我現(xiàn)在在外面與客戶有個(gè)會(huì)。我會(huì)盡快回復(fù)你。

　　B: Ok, Thanks.

　　好的，謝謝。

　　愉快!

　　Conversation 2：

　　C: Hey John, this is Andy, shall we have a lunch tomorrow together?

　　你好約翰，我是安迪，明天中午吃個(gè)午飯?

　　A: Sorry, Andy! I will have a lunch meeting with my colleagues tomorrow. Let me check my schedule and I will let you know what time is convenient for me.

　　不行，安迪。我明天要和同事有個(gè)午餐會(huì)。讓我看看我的日程表，然后告訴你我什么時(shí)候有時(shí)間。

　　C: Sure. How often do you have lunch meetings?

　　當(dāng)然。你們多久開(kāi)一次午餐會(huì)?

　　A: It depends on my boss’s decision,we do not have regular lunch meetings. I guess he just want to meet all of usafter his long business trip in the U.S.

　　老板決定，我們沒(méi)有規(guī)律的午餐會(huì)。我猜他是想剛從美國(guó)出差回來(lái)見(jiàn)見(jiàn)我們。

　　C: Ok, I understand. So you basically work from nine to six, with an hour lunch break from 12pm to 1pm, right?

　　哦明白了，所以你平常是早九點(diǎn)到晚六點(diǎn)，然后中午十二點(diǎn)到一點(diǎn)休息對(duì)嗎?

　　A: Yes! So, our lunch meeting is not long.

　　是的，所以我們的午餐會(huì)也不長(zhǎng)。

　　C: Ok, I will have a business trip on next Wednesday. It would be better to have a lunch with you before my business trip.

　　好的，我將在下周三出差，如果在那之前能跟你吃個(gè)午餐就太好了。

　　A: Got it. Talk to you later!

　　行明白了，那晚點(diǎn)說(shuō)。

　　C: Bye!
