The purpose behind this personal statement is to not only gain admission to your well-established and highly respected Ph.D. program， but to impress upon you my passion for learning and my tremendous desire to succeed in both scholastic research and in teaching on the professional level. I have based my decision to pursue an academic career not on purely practical reasons， but rather on my own natural interests and aptitude. My personal philosophy is that money and social status should not be pursued as life-consuming objectives and that in actuality they are the by-products of goals originating from one's inner needs. I understand that my intellectual capacity is a gift， and I intend to use this gift to the very best of my substantial capabilities.

I am interested in the field of study of Organizational Behavior. In the past， I have had the experience of working in settings where the people and the corporate cultures of the companies were all different. I have found that there is a great difference in the both the behaviors of people and of their organizations， depending on whether they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs)， large multinational firms， or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or her boss. In many Chinese organizations， acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor， who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research， such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative.

申請(qǐng)韓國(guó)研究生的方案

1、直接申請(qǐng)韓國(guó)大學(xué)讀研究生

(1)韓國(guó)大學(xué)一般是韓語(yǔ)授課，研究生入學(xué)韓語(yǔ)T O PIK成績(jī)?cè)?級(jí)以上可以直接申請(qǐng)韓國(guó)大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)課程。

(2)部分課程是用英文來(lái)授課，分專業(yè)而定，如GSIS課程，那么申請(qǐng)者的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)也是留學(xué)基本條件，最低要求為雅思6.0分+/托福80分+，申請(qǐng)韓國(guó)大學(xué)研究生課程。

2、韓國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院/國(guó)內(nèi)大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)韓語(yǔ)+韓國(guó)讀研究生

針對(duì)大部分學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)，是不能達(dá)到韓國(guó)大學(xué)的語(yǔ)言要求，韓國(guó)大學(xué)大部分是韓語(yǔ)授課，如果選擇韓語(yǔ)授課的專業(yè)，掌握韓語(yǔ)是非常有必要的。

多學(xué)一門(mén)語(yǔ)言對(duì)自己來(lái)說(shuō)也是一件好事兒，韓語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)可以選擇去韓國(guó)的語(yǔ)學(xué)堂進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)，也可以選擇在國(guó)內(nèi)大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)。

一般來(lái)說(shuō)，建議零基礎(chǔ)學(xué)生選擇在國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)韓語(yǔ)達(dá)到初級(jí)后去韓國(guó)讀中高級(jí)語(yǔ)言，等到自己的韓語(yǔ)達(dá)到中高級(jí)水平之后，再申請(qǐng)韓國(guó)的碩士課程。

注意：零基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)半年到一年可以達(dá)到中高級(jí)水平

3、中文授課的MBA

有些學(xué)生英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)不是很好，也不想花費(fèi)時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)韓語(yǔ)，這種情況下可以選擇讀全中文授課的MBA。

個(gè)別學(xué)校目前開(kāi)設(shè)了專門(mén)針對(duì)中國(guó)學(xué)生的中文授課碩士，入學(xué)沒(méi)有語(yǔ)言要求，學(xué)制相對(duì)靈活。

例如全南國(guó)立大學(xué)中文MBA，無(wú)需韓語(yǔ)成績(jī)?nèi)雽W(xué)，到韓國(guó)以后學(xué)生只需要學(xué)習(xí)簡(jiǎn)單的韓國(guó)語(yǔ)用于生活上的交流就行，學(xué)制短，也是國(guó)內(nèi)很多學(xué)子選擇比較多的方式。

韓國(guó)留學(xué)福利政策

韓國(guó)法務(wù)部頒布新規(guī)，降低了韓國(guó)所有國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)自助邊檢通道的使用門(mén)檻。7月5日起，凡年滿17歲并持有外國(guó)人登錄證的在韓外國(guó)人，均可享受這項(xiàng)服務(wù)。此外，韓國(guó)人可使用自助邊檢通道的最低年齡也從14歲降至7歲。

此前依照韓國(guó)法務(wù)部的規(guī)定，年滿14歲的韓國(guó)人和持有F-4(海外同胞)簽證、F-2(居住)簽證的外國(guó)人及同行家屬才可使用國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)的自助邊檢通道。法務(wù)部數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2015年使用自助邊檢通道的旅客僅占韓國(guó)出入境總?cè)藬?shù)的19.8%，外國(guó)人的使用率更是低至2.6%。

因此最近頒布的新規(guī)大幅擴(kuò)大了自助邊檢的適用范圍，更多旅客將享受到這項(xiàng)便利。據(jù)韓國(guó)法務(wù)部介紹，自助邊檢通道可將過(guò)邊檢所需時(shí)間縮短至15秒。與傳統(tǒng)的人工查驗(yàn)相比，先進(jìn)的自助邊檢系統(tǒng)更為準(zhǔn)確、快捷，既能節(jié)省旅客的時(shí)間，又能規(guī)范機(jī)場(chǎng)的秩序。

申請(qǐng)自助邊檢的手續(xù)也十分簡(jiǎn)單，持本人護(hù)照、外國(guó)人登陸證或居住證前往首爾、釜山、仁川、水原、濟(jì)州等地的出入境管理局即可辦理;也可在仁川機(jī)場(chǎng)出入境管理局或首爾站城市航站樓直接辦理。申請(qǐng)成功后，在機(jī)場(chǎng)只需將護(hù)照在自助邊檢機(jī)上輕輕一掃，再輸入指紋，就可以快速完成邊檢，省時(shí)又省力。
