  中英文簡歷的不同點(diǎn)

  作用不同

  對于國有企業(yè)或國內(nèi)的公司、事業(yè)單位等,在招聘有明確要求的情況下,英文簡歷通常起到對中文簡歷的補(bǔ)充作用,用來輔助說明你的能力、尤其是英文能力的強(qiáng)弱。

  而對于外資企業(yè)或外國企業(yè),英文簡歷是求職必備選項(xiàng)。外企HR一般主要看Candidates的英文簡歷,你的所有能力、素質(zhì)的展示可能就來自于你的英文簡歷。

  表達(dá)方式不同

  英文簡歷應(yīng)該符合 英語 國家人的習(xí)慣,而中文簡歷要符合中國人的閱讀習(xí)慣;

  側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同

  英文簡歷的側(cè)重點(diǎn)在于Keywords和Action Words。它們最能表現(xiàn)你的素質(zhì)。

  中英文求職簡歷的區(qū)別體現(xiàn)

  1.個人隱私的體現(xiàn)

  英文簡歷通常不體現(xiàn)個人的一些隱私信息,例如:出生日期,性別,婚姻狀況,上任薪金待遇等。這是因?yàn)樵诿绹钠髽I(yè)不能在年齡、性別或者種族等因素歧視應(yīng)聘者,如果發(fā)生這類情況,企業(yè)主將會被應(yīng)聘者起訴。國內(nèi)的簡歷則要求注明這些信息,甚至有的還填寫了身高體重以及期望的薪金待遇,類似于這類的個人隱私如果出現(xiàn)在英文簡歷里,那雇主會認(rèn)為你對美國文化理解得不夠地道。

  2.篇幅與格式

  英文簡歷一般篇幅較短,一頁算是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篇幅,當(dāng)然如果你的個人經(jīng)歷非常豐富,超過一頁也不是不可能,但對于剛出校園的學(xué)生,往往一頁是最佳篇幅。而中文簡歷往往可以做成兩頁。大家可以對比一下這兩份簡歷的格式,可以看出英文簡歷非常注重經(jīng)歷,而中文簡歷卻將學(xué)歷放得比較重要。

  3.學(xué)歷與經(jīng)歷羅列順序

  在美求職時,如果是正在工作的人,簡歷中的experience應(yīng)該寫在教育背景前,而對于在校生則將教育背景寫在experience之前。英文簡歷一般以倒敘羅列內(nèi)容,最近的學(xué)歷和工作經(jīng)歷放在最前面,并且學(xué)?;蛘邔?shí)踐單位大寫并加粗便于招募者迅速識別你的學(xué)歷和經(jīng)歷。如果應(yīng)聘者正在學(xué)習(xí),那最好用candidate for開頭,這樣比較嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。時間羅列在左側(cè)或者右側(cè)都可以,例如2007-present。

  剛畢業(yè)的應(yīng)聘者都有一個困惑,感覺自己的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)很少,寫不出什么內(nèi)容,頁面不夠飽滿,那這里將特別介紹彌補(bǔ)的方法

  社會工作細(xì)節(jié)放在工作經(jīng)歷里,這樣可以彌補(bǔ)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)少的缺陷。例如,作為某學(xué)生組織里的成員,你組織過什么活動,參與過什么事情等都可以一一列出。如果只做了一件事,你也可以盡量分開來寫,例如帶領(lǐng)過多少人,完成了什么任務(wù),起到什么作用等,這樣看起來內(nèi)容就比較豐富了,但記住描述的簡潔是必須要遵從的。
