Amsterdam Excellence Scholarship
The UvA offers a prestigious new scholarship programme for exceptionally talented Master’s students from outside Europe. The Amsterdam Excellence Scholarship (AES) is a full scholarship of €25,000, covering tuition and living expenses for one academic year.

Who is eligible?
Non-EU students from any discipline who graduated in the top 10% of their class may apply. Selection is on the basis of academic excellence, ambition and the relevance of the selected Master’s programme to a student’s future career.
For two-year Master’s programmes, there is the possibility of an extension for a second year. Scholarship recipients become part of a select community, taking part, for example, in extracurricular activities developed specially for them.

Holland Scholarship
International students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) can apply for the Holland Scholarship, which is a non-recurrent scholarship of €5,000. The Holland Scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science as well as 48 Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences.

How to apply?

Please note: at the Faculty of Humanities, the Holland Scholarships is awarded independently of the Amsterdam Merit Scholarship and is only available to Bachelor’s students.

Scholarships for Graduate School of Humanities
The Graduate School of Humanities offers two different scholarships for talented students from outside the EU/EEA. In the coming year there will be approximately 7 scholarships for 200 applicants (1:25 chance).

For: Exceptionally talented Master's students from outside the EU/EEA who are applying for a Research Master's programme (2 years or Dual Master's programme* (1,5 years).
Amount: Full scholarship worth € 25,000 (covering tuition and living expenses).

2 檢查護照有效期
護照剩余有效期一般應(yīng)在一年以上，否則可能影響您申請他國簽證，或影響您在國外期間的行程安排。

確保已取得目的地國的入境簽證和經(jīng)停國家的過境簽證，簽證種類與出國目的相符，簽證的有效期和停留期與出行計劃一致。但需要注意的是，根據(jù)國際慣例，即使您已取得一國簽證，該國也有權(quán)拒絕您入境且無需說明理由。
