　　而這個時候老師是學(xué)生最直接最容易的學(xué)習(xí)對象，因此，我盡量的在中學(xué)生面前以高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求自己，不管在課堂里還是在課外我都努力塑造一個良好的形象。而面對小學(xué)生時則有所不同，課堂上我嚴(yán)格要求自己也嚴(yán)格要求學(xué)生，但在課外我努力與學(xué)生做朋友，用心與他們溝通，希望能真正了解他們的所想所愛?？偟脕碚f，我做的一切目的是一樣的，就是希望能幫助學(xué)生健康成長。
