It’s my pleasure to be here to introduce myself. That’s a difficult question. I think all the night. How to introduce myself? Tell you who I am? You all know my name is Liu Xiaonao. Tell you what my major is or what I am doing now? You all know I study ink-jet paper, and yesterday you all my examiners.
So today I’ll tell you my characters and favorites. I’m an open-minded, kind and smart girl. I like dancing, especially national and classical dancing, waltz is also my love. Dancing can make me relax when I study tired. But about two years I have no chance to dance because my study subject is more attractive than dancing. Last month I began to study play piano. But till now I only can play one song “jasmine flower”.
Maybe I’m a slow learner. I also like drama. I had participated in the exam of actress. I’m very luck I succeed in the exam. But make me surprised the director asked me to give him 50,000 yuan. So I went back to my study. Now I realize what I really like. That’s my major—printing and paper making. It’s the place which can actualize my own personal worth. I'd like to summarize myself from 3 aspects:
First, I'm an excellent learner. In my sophomore year, Ipassed the entrance examination to the Excellent Student Program in Tianjin Universityand was recommended as the postgraduate student with special courses, and thenI joined the IBM Center in Tianjin University. After finishing my undergraduatecourses, my GPA was 3.8 out of 4.5.
Second, I'm an excellent problem-solver. During the last 4years, I have finished 5projects, including the Hydraulic Engineering ProjectManagement System, and soon. And I took part in the Mathematical Contest inModeling in2003 and won the second prize in Tianjin region.
Last, I'man excellent team player. I've been serving as the monitor for 6 years and teamleader for2 years. And besides taking more responsibilities, I also placedgreat emphasison teamwork, in order to meet the team's goal

我總結(jié)了一下，簡(jiǎn)歷中最好應(yīng)該注意以下幾點(diǎn)：
1、應(yīng)該充分挖掘自己的特長(zhǎng)和亮點(diǎn)，把自己最有優(yōu)勢(shì)的地方放到最前面。
2、把自己的名字和聯(lián)系方式放到最顯眼的地方。
3、盡量壓縮到一頁(yè)(這一點(diǎn)我做的不太好)。二頁(yè)的話要保證3/4頁(yè)是項(xiàng)目經(jīng)歷。
4、對(duì)于不同類(lèi)型的單位，最好采用不同的簡(jiǎn)歷模板，以更有針對(duì)性。
1)對(duì)于外企：要強(qiáng)調(diào)“英文水平”、“學(xué)習(xí)能力”、“團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神”、“溝通能力”。
2)對(duì)于國(guó)企和事業(yè)單位：要強(qiáng)調(diào)“教育背景”、“政治面貌”、“獲獎(jiǎng)情況”、“學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)”、“踏實(shí)穩(wěn)重”。
3)對(duì)于技術(shù)類(lèi)企業(yè)：要強(qiáng)調(diào)“專(zhuān)業(yè)技能”(與該企業(yè)相關(guān)的技能放到最前面)、“項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)”。
4)對(duì)于研究類(lèi)單位：要強(qiáng)調(diào)“研究方向”、“獲獎(jiǎng)情況”、“學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)”。
5)對(duì)于銷(xiāo)售、管理類(lèi)職位：要強(qiáng)調(diào)“任職情況”、“組織活動(dòng)”、“溝通能力”“團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力”、“解決問(wèn)題能力”。
5、盡量少談“個(gè)人興趣”，如果是特長(zhǎng)的話，可以改為“個(gè)人特長(zhǎng)”或“文體特長(zhǎng)”。
6、對(duì)于自己所做的項(xiàng)目，不要寫(xiě)或少寫(xiě)“項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介”，而要重點(diǎn)寫(xiě)“個(gè)人職責(zé)”。
7、不能說(shuō)假話，自己沒(méi)有的絕對(duì)不能說(shuō);但自己有的，一定要用最好的方式展現(xiàn)出來(lái)。
8、對(duì)于自己的亮點(diǎn)，可以適當(dāng)加一些修飾;對(duì)于自己的劣勢(shì)，應(yīng)極力的避開(kāi)。
