14. 裝修程序
承租方應(yīng)根據(jù)事先向出租方提交并已獲得書(shū)面批準(zhǔn)的圖紙和規(guī)格，自費(fèi)裝修標(biāo)的物。
Fit-out Procedures
The Tenant shall fit out the Premises pursuant to the map and specifications which have been submitted to the Landlord for approval in advance and written approval has been issued in this regard.
15. 恢復(fù)原狀

Reinstatement

16. 法律及其他費(fèi)用

17. 保密
對(duì)于本要約中的條款，承租方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格保密。在未獲得出租方書(shū)面批準(zhǔn)前，承租方不得將本要約中的任何內(nèi)容泄漏給任何第三方，否則，出租方有權(quán)撤回本要約。
Confidentiality
This offer shall be treated in strict confidentiality. The Tenant shall not divulge any or part of these terms to any third party without the Landlord’s prior written approval. Otherwise the Landlord reserves the right to withdraw this Offer.
18.要約及接受
