許多年前，在大城市工作是許多畢業(yè)生的選擇，他們想要掙高工資，有一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)實力。但現(xiàn)在，情況改變了，政府提出了一些福利使得更多的畢業(yè)生傾向于在小城市工作。
The big cities are still the graduates’ first choice to work. In order to lure more talents to join the building of small cities, the local government has provided much welfare, such as the fund to do the project, the nice house to live and so on. Because of the pressure in the big cities, more young people like to join the team. But the problems will come as they live for a long time.
大城市仍然是畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的首選。為了吸引更多人才加入小城市的建設(shè)，地方政府提供了很多福利，比如投資資金開展項目，提供條件不錯的房子等。因為在大城市的壓力，所以更多的年輕人喜歡加入這個隊伍。但是隨著他們生活很長一段時間以后問題也會接迥而至。
Some young people can’t adapt themselves to the new environment, where full of old generation and small kids around. It seems to be lacking vitality for them. What’s more, nobody knows the policy that local government provides whether will change someday. So when graduates make decision, they need to make further consideration, or they will waste the best years to search the right place.

Most of them have adapted to the strange environment, which means they can cooperate with others well.

Without the economic burden, those people can focus all their attention and follow their dreams all the time.

But for the persons whose family are poor, especially the parents are waiting for the children’s economic support, they should make ends meet first and then follow their dreams. Life can’t be ideal all the time, only when they solve the basic needs, dreams will be supported. Some people make the things they like as a hobby, they keep studying it in their spared time, if insist, they will get the extra achievement.
但對于那些家庭貧困的人，尤其是父母還在等待孩子們的經(jīng)濟(jì)支持。這樣的人群應(yīng)該先維持生計，然后再去追逐自己的夢想。生活不可能是理想的，只有當(dāng)他們解決了基本需求，夢想才會得到支持。有些人把他們喜歡的東西作為一種業(yè)余愛好，在業(yè)余時間不斷研究，如果堅持下去，就會獲得額外的成就。
Following dreams completes our life and make us live with meaning. The will of never giving up will bring us success someday.

Last night, I watched a tennis game, it was the US open, because there was a Chinese female player came to the semi-final, so I stayed up to watched the game. Unluckily, she was injured twice, though she still wanted to finish the game, her body situation did not allow her to do so. Her insistence moved so many audience, they gave her the biggest applause.
The power of insistence is great, it will help you set free your potential and keep move on. Just for the players, they will face all kinds of incidences now and then, but the will to insist will make them finish the game. Sometimes, people win the game not because of their excellent skills, but their strong will. Those who can stick on to the final line will win people’s applause.
What’s more, when people insist to finish the game, it is the respect that they show to their opponents. Their spirit deserves people’s applause. Insistence is a merit, we should keep it, no matter what we do, we must remember to insist.
昨晚，我一場網(wǎng)球比賽，那是美國網(wǎng)球公開賽，因為有中國女選手來到了半決賽，所以我熬夜比賽。很不幸地，她兩次受傷，雖然她仍然想要完成比賽，但是她的身體狀況不允許她堅持下去。她的堅持感動了很多觀眾，他們給予了她最大的掌聲。
