為了保護動物;國家在各個地區(qū)建立動物園;除此之外，在一些地區(qū)還建立自然保護區(qū)和自然風景區(qū);另外還在各省各地區(qū)設有省級林業(yè)局和市級林業(yè)局;還有在森林設有森林派出所;國家在動物界設有國家?guī)准墑游锏募墑e;國家還分別頒布和頒發(fā)了保護動物的法律和文件。
