  初一英語(yǔ)不好的原因

  1:詞匯量太小。

  根據(jù)余老師之前做過(guò)的調(diào)查,在英語(yǔ)方面有問(wèn)題的初中生中,80%左右的學(xué)生詞匯欠缺或嚴(yán)重欠缺。有不少學(xué)生在初二階段就開始聽不懂或完全聽不懂老師在講什么。

  雖然,幾乎所有的初中英語(yǔ)老師都要求學(xué)生進(jìn)行詞匯聽寫,以檢查學(xué)生對(duì)詞匯的掌握情況。這個(gè)出發(fā)點(diǎn)很好??蓡?wèn)題是,聽寫時(shí)間都是事先告訴學(xué)生的。實(shí)際上,初中生短期記憶能力很好,所以,很多學(xué)生在聽寫檢測(cè)前進(jìn)行強(qiáng)記,也能順利“達(dá)到”老師的要求。只可惜,聽寫完畢之后,基本又都忘記了。

  詞匯不認(rèn)識(shí)的連鎖效應(yīng)會(huì)逐漸出現(xiàn)。詞不認(rèn)識(shí),句子就不理解,當(dāng)然篇章更不可能把握好。老師講課,聽不明白;老師提問(wèn),不會(huì)回答。慢慢就失去了對(duì)英語(yǔ)的興趣。這就是一個(gè)典型的惡性循環(huán)。

  2:基本語(yǔ)法不熟悉。

  余老師從來(lái)不會(huì)過(guò)分強(qiáng)調(diào)語(yǔ)法的重要性,但是核心語(yǔ)法內(nèi)容必須熟練掌握。更何況,在初中英語(yǔ)的測(cè)試中,語(yǔ)法依然是很重要的一部分。盡管教育界一直在呼吁減少純語(yǔ)法內(nèi)容的測(cè)試比重,但是,語(yǔ)法內(nèi)容的隱形檢測(cè)依然不減。選擇填空,完型填空,寫作,閱讀理解中的重難點(diǎn)句子的理解,哪個(gè)部分能離開對(duì)語(yǔ)法的把握呢?

  3:聽的太少,或者說(shuō)認(rèn)真聽的太少。

  現(xiàn)在的教材一般都配有磁帶或CD,老師也會(huì)要求學(xué)生每天進(jìn)行聽力練習(xí)。很多家長(zhǎng)可能會(huì)說(shuō),我家孩子每天都聽過(guò)了啊。我想問(wèn)的是,孩子真的認(rèn)真聽了嗎?孩子聽懂了嗎?孩子沒聽懂告訴你了嗎?

  初一英語(yǔ)復(fù)習(xí)建議

  1)用聽和說(shuō)兩條“腿”來(lái)練習(xí)聽力

  當(dāng)你拼命地練習(xí)聽力時(shí),你實(shí)際只運(yùn)用了“聽”這條腿,卻把另一條腿固定在了地上。在這種情況下,無(wú)論你如何拼命的“聽”,你的能力也不會(huì)有太大提高。因此,提高英語(yǔ)聽力最有效的方法就是——邊聽邊說(shuō),聽力和口語(yǔ)一起練習(xí)。把聽到的語(yǔ)段復(fù)述出來(lái)或者用自己的理解轉(zhuǎn)述出來(lái),這對(duì)聽力練習(xí)是很好的輔助。

  (2)著眼于整句話,別跟個(gè)別單詞“較勁”

  不和聽不懂的單詞“較勁”,而著眼于整句話、整段話的理解,這是英語(yǔ)聽力練習(xí)的最理想境界。通過(guò)對(duì)整體的理解和把握再去推敲、琢磨細(xì)節(jié),才能主次分明,達(dá)到聽力訓(xùn)練的最佳效果。這點(diǎn)建議也適用于閱讀理解訓(xùn)練。

  (3)丟開“拐杖”,大膽去聽

  在做聽力訓(xùn)練時(shí),如果你一邊用手指著書本上的單詞一邊聽,這就如同一個(gè)兩腿健全的人柱著一根拐杖。突然之間多了一條“腿”,也許剛開始你會(huì)覺得很舒服、很省力,但長(zhǎng)久如此,你很容易就會(huì)對(duì)這根“拐杖”產(chǎn)生依賴性,從而促使你兩腿的功能逐漸退化。我們最需要做的就是靜下心來(lái),不厭其煩的去聽。同時(shí)聯(lián)系話題背景和上下文,已達(dá)到理解聽力材料的目的。

  2.提升閱讀

  英語(yǔ)閱讀類題型在各類英語(yǔ)考試中都是重中之重,因?yàn)樗梢杂米钪苯雍?jiǎn)潔的方式考察學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言理解和運(yùn)用能力。因此,科學(xué)閱讀方法的養(yǎng)成很重要。

  (1)不要遇到生詞就查字典,而要學(xué)會(huì)猜詞

  實(shí)際上,在英語(yǔ)文章中,并不是所有詞的功能都是相同的。有些詞擔(dān)負(fù)著傳達(dá)主要信息的功能,而有些詞主要起連貫語(yǔ)言的作用,或者它們對(duì)傳達(dá)信息根本不起作用。所以,遇到生詞不要查字典,而是要根據(jù)上下文語(yǔ)境去猜測(cè)它們的意思。

  (2)不要用手指著文章逐詞逐句去閱讀,而要快速無(wú)聲地讀

  “指讀法”一是容易使你與那些生詞“較勁”,二是會(huì)分散你的注意力、不利于你把握文章的重點(diǎn)。最科學(xué)的閱讀方法就是——快速無(wú)聲地閱讀,根據(jù)不同題型和題目的要求運(yùn)用:掃讀法、跳讀法或略讀法。

  (3)不要為了單詞、語(yǔ)法去閱讀,而是為了培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感。

  進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)閱讀,是為了培養(yǎng)自己的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)感并在語(yǔ)境中學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)用詞匯。要想擁有良好的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)感,我們必須摒棄一種錯(cuò)誤的閱讀目的,那就是為了豐富自己的詞匯量或掌握更多的語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)去閱讀。
